As the Chief Brand Officer (CBO), Chloe is responsible for upholding the brand’s positive image and communicating the brand promise effectively. She plays a multi-faceted role by overseeing marketing, public relations, communication and customer service. In addition, Chloe ensures that the brand vision and values are integrated into all the internal and external functions of the organization. Depending on the firm’s size, the CBO can report either to the CMO persona or the CEO persona.
